The older students had a very interesting trip to Meadowcroft where they learned about history, anthropology, and archaeology!

The rest of us had a great time exploring and helping at Carolyn's Farm. Bug catching galore!

Tomorrow, grades 3 and up go camping and K-2 will join them on Friday! We will be hiking; we recommend boots. Don't forget a refillable water bottle and a non-microwave lunch. With all of the rain we have had, it is buggy out there. Bug protection is a good idea. :)

The Neo-Terra Farm Tour was educational and yummy!

Students "singing" and swinging!

Matt/Joyce's class is off on a big adventure field trip with Katy to see Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village this Friday.

The rest of us are going to Carolyn's Farm! It will be muddy, so rain boots are a great idea. Every Friday, bring a refillable water bottle and pack a non-microwavable lunch.

We had a blast swimming and playing at the pool last Friday. Check it out:

These students were given a (safe!) mystery liquid and used the properties of color, smell and feel as clues for identification.

This Friday, we will be going on a hike at a new trail just off of Rock Road. We will then taking the bus to Spring Creek Park for lunch and recess fun, which will include wading in the creek. Wear comfortable hiking shoes, pack a non-microwavable lunch, bring a refillable water bottle and a towel!
