We kicked off our Fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Hospital by doing math! It is not too late to register your child or submit your donation to help support this very good cause. :)

Alpha Fire Company visited us today to talk about fire safety in the homes and let us tour the fire truck! Check it out:

Science class  was learning about the property of water and  cohesion, by seeing how far they could fill a cup over the rim.

Our school is hosting a St. Jude Math-A-Thon. We're solving math problems and asking for pledges so we can help kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
In the spirit of Thanks and Giving, let's give thanks for the healthy kids in our lives and give to those who are not. Please register your student today! We start on Tuesday, 11/27.

Check out our group Egyptian Pyramid building challenge, using the material given.

This Friday is our last fall field-trip. We are going to the Nittany Mall to "hike" and to exercise at the senior center. Bring a packed lunch that does not require heating.

Today we will sign-up for winter enrichments!

TOMORROW (yes, tomorrow instead of Friday due to the weather) we will go to Tallyrand Park and then to Mike's house to have lunch.
Ms. Ivy has donated hot dogs for us to roast, but you will still need to pack some lunch and bring a refillable water bottle. :)
Friday will be like a Thursday class schedule.

Wheels Day was a blast and the students all remembered about brain safety, and used helmets while riding!
